Pajaro Dunes Office Building Watsonville, CA Unique contruction requirements for a unique setting. Selden & Son was tasked with constructing a fully functioning office building for the Pajaro Dunes Company from several modular office trailers that required to be elevated 16' above sea level. The support structure consists of a galvanized post and beam assembly which rests on a series of evenly spaced precast concrete pillings. A log pole shade trellis enhances the overall apprearance that ultimately defines a one of a kind structure. |
